Scope: AAFES Catalog and Internet The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Stamina Products Inc. of Springfield, Mo. is voluntarily recalling Elliptical Cross Trainers as listed below. Consumers should stop using the recalled products immediately. Name of Product: Elliptical Cross Trainers Units: About 11,000 Manufactured in: China Hazard: The elliptical pedal shafts must be securely tightened to the cranks. If not securely tightened, the pedal shafts could become loose from the cranks, which could result in serious injury to the user and/or damage to the product. Stamina has updated and modified the assembly instructions and warnings to prevent the failures as described above.

Sold at: AAFES Catalog and Internet from October 2007 to May 2009 Remedy: Consumers should not assemble or use these elliptical machines until they have reviewed the modified warnings and assembly instructions.
