Scope: Worldwide (Catalog / Internet only) Name of Product: AAFES only sold the Infantino Lil Chef Set Model # 158-201. The model number is located on a yellow tag on the toy. This product was manufactured in China. Hazard: The toys have blue metallic fabric that can detach from the toy, posing a choking hazard to young children. Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy away from young children and contact Infantino for a free replacement.
