DISTRIBUTION: WORLDWIDE LifeScan is voluntarily recalling one lot of 25-count One Touch® Blood Glucose Test Strips (Lot Code # 2829235) because there are a very small number of vials in the lot that may contain strips that could inaccurately produce low blood glucose test results. The FDA has been informed of this action. Supplier: LifeScan Inc. Name of Product: One Touch® Blood Glucose Test Strips (Lot Code # 2829235) Units: About 600 Note: This is the only LifeScan product affected by the recall.
