1. TIMING: Contest begins on Nov 1, 2009 and ends on Dec 31,
2009.
2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, submit your original photo of
your holiday decorated baked goods with your recipe to
patriotfamily@aafes.com. Entry must be accurately
completed or will be voided. Limit 1 entry per person.
Entry must include: name, address, daytime phone, email
address and rank or branch of service.
3. DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: All entries must be received by
11:59 pm December 31st, 2009
4. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all Military ID card holders.
Employees of AAFES, or immediate family members (spouse,
child) are NOT eligible to enter this contest.
5. JUDGING PROCEDURE: Recipes will be judged on originality,
creativity, ease of preparation, and presentation.
The winning creations will be chosen by AAFES management.
Winning creations will be published in the November/December
2010 Patriot Family Holiday Creations guide.
PRIZES: a) Grand Prize Winner (1) $2000 AAFES shopping spree
(1) first place winner will receive (1) $1000 AAFES gift
card. b) (1) second place winner will receive (1) $500 AAFES
gift card. c) (1) third place winner will receive (1) $200
AAFES gift card. Runner up (4) will receive $25 AAFES gift
card. All will be featured in the 2010 Patriot Family
Holiday Creation booklet.
NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email on or
around Feb 15, 2010.
MISCELLANEOUS: All submissions will become the sole property
of AAFES, which may reprint or otherwise exploit the entry
in any manner, in any media. By submitting the entry, you
agree that your name, voice, likeness and biographical data
may be used by AAFES for promotional and advertising
purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law. By
participating in this contest, entrants and winner agree to
abide by all contest rules and by decision of judges.
Entrants and winner also agree to release AAFES, and
affiliated companies, and their respective agents,
representatives, officers, directors and employees, from and
against any claim, liability, loss or expense of any kind
resulting from entry or participation in the contest or
acceptance
